P Kay Woods. Wonders Wrought Photographs
Photography is a gift to me. Through my lens I carry the curiosity and wonder in life. There is an old hymn that contains the phrase “…His hands these wonders wrought.” Living in Three Rivers, and exploring North America or England, I’m constantly surrounded by God’s wonders, and it’s a joy. Having lived for 74 years I have looked at lots of wonders. My camera lens help me to pay attention. Often I see something, usually a tiny insect in a photograph that I didn’t observe in the field when I made the photograph. Surprise!
Here is my mantra:
“The moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome,
indescribably magnificent world in itself.” -Henry Miller
